A new home or renovation can be one of the largest investments most people make, yet seldom are you able to “test drive” your plans before construction begins. Sometimes this meets with disappointing results—when the finished project does not turn out as expected. It can be hard to visualize the size and overall feel of a room by your one dimensional blueprints. But once the furniture moves in—it becomes obvious if the room really needed to be larger or the layout does not flow and function properly. At this point, it is much more expensive to make changes.
Not only does 3D visualization help to eliminate these kind of “surprises”, it also enables us to clearly communicate and illustrate your home design.
