This home was an original 1970’s split foyer home in which the owner had lived for over 30 years. He felt that it was time for his home to have a facelift, but did not know where to start. Together we came up with a plan that converted this more divided formal style home into a much more inviting home, both inside and out. We added an open floor plan for the living section of the home and a new large, two-car garage that ties into the existing home just as if it had been there from the beginning.
