Doggie Bath

With the homeowner’s growing family and occasional visits from extended family, they needed more room.  But they loved their neighbors and neighborhood and didn’t want to move so they contacted us.  We worked with them to develop a beautiful plan that not only provided the much needed living and office space, but also greatly improved the home’s flow and function. The living space flows around a large open kitchen with island.  A laundry/mudroom combination with a Tile dog shower was created. The former family room was redesigned into a centrally located dining room.  A rear addition now boasts a 17’ x 23’ family room. An arched window from the kitchen bar frames the breakfast/play area. A screened-in porch provides added living area.  French doors separate the former dining room that now functions as an office.  A full bath added off of the office allows the office to also function as a first floor bedroom.

   The thoughtful design gracefully integrates the family’s lifestyle and creates a home that will meet their changing needs.
