Whited Residence

The homeowners wanted to create a new sunroom and screened porch and to reconfigure their existing kitchen layout.  Because the best views were directly behind the house and also 45 degrees to the left rear of the house, a creative  design was developed to capture these views. The sunroom was placed directly to the rear of the home off of the kitchen and the new screened porch was placed on a 45 degree angle off of the sunroom.  This alignment created the best view from the home into the backyard, as well as a unique and appealing structure when viewed from the backyard.
