A featured home on NBC news for its universal design elements, this home is a beautiful example of how these features just make more sense for life. Like so many baby boomers, the homeowner’s preferred to update their home rather than move.
As a part of their new master bedroom suite addition, the design and function of the Yarur’s new master bath was very important to them. They were looking not only for an attractive layout, but also a forward-thinking design that would meet their current needs and also address possible future needs. To address possible future mobility issues, the doors were made slightly wider, good lighting was provided and a curbless shower with no shower door was included as part of the design.
